Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing SkillupEd Consulting. We strive to provide high-quality  educational services to our students. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting a refund for the services offered by our organization. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

SkillupEd Consulting reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or change the location of an event due to circumstances such as insufficient enrollments, instructor illness, or force majeure events (e.g., floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.).

 

The terms and conditions below may not apply to registrants who signed up through a Purchase Order or special pricing offers.

 

General Refund Policy:

 

All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be communicated via email to SkillupEd Consulting.

If an event or course is canceled by SkillupEd Consulting, 100 percent of the course fees will be refunded. Please note that personal expenses incurred by the candidate, such as travel and logistics expenses, will not be included in the refund.

In the event of a postponement, candidates who made their purchase at least 3 days prior will be rescheduled to a forthcoming classroom batch without additional charges. Furthermore, candidates requesting to shift from one schedule to another will be accommodated seamlessly.

Prior to Course Commencement:

 

A written request for a refund must be submitted to the SkillupEd Consulting administration within the specified time frame mentioned in the course enrollment agreement.

After Course Commencement:

 

Once a course has commenced, no refunds will be issued for cancellation requests raised within 10 days of the start of a course or event. Exceptions may be considered in rare cases of extenuating circumstances, such as serious illness or emergencies, which prevent the student from continuing with the course. The decision to grant a refund in such cases will be at the sole discretion of SkillupEd Consulting.

Candidates who fail to attend a course or event will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Course Materials and Resources:

 

Digital and Physical Course Materials: The fees paid for digital or physical course materials, such as textbooks, workbooks, or access codes, are generally non-refundable unless the materials are defective or unusable upon receipt. In such cases, the student must notify SkillupEd Consulting within a specified time frame, and a replacement or refund will be provided.

 

Online Courses and Distance Learning Programs:

Technical Issues: SkillupEd Consulting strives to ensure that online courses and distance learning programs run smoothly. However, in the event of technical issues that significantly hinder the student's ability to access or participate in the course, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis. The student must promptly report such technical issues to the SkillupEd Consulting support team.

 

Exceptions:

Special Programs: Refund policies for special programs, workshops, seminars, or customized courses may vary and will be explicitly stated in the program description or enrollment agreement.

 

Third-Party Services: If SkillupEd Consulting collaborates with third-party service providers or partners for certain aspects of the educational services, the refund policies of those entities may apply to the specific services provided by them.

 

Refund Process:

To request a refund, the student must submit a written refund request to the SkillupEd Consulting administration, providing the necessary details and supporting documentation, if applicable.

 

The refund request will be reviewed by the appropriate department within SkillupEd Consulting, and a decision will be communicated to the student within a reasonable timeframe.

 

Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed upon.

 

Modifications to the Refund Policy:

SkillupEd Consulting reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy anytime. The updated policy will be effective upon publication on our website or other official communication channels. It is the responsibility of the student to review the Refund Policy periodically for any changes.

 

Please note that this refund policy is subject to any applicable laws and regulations governing refunds in your jurisdiction. We recommend reviewing this policy thoroughly before enrolling in any program or course at SkillupEd Consulting.
